Using this website

You're welcome to browse anaiscoffee.com, sign up for our launch list, submit a hiring interest form, or place a gift order through our online forms. Please don't try to break, scrape, or misuse the site, and don't submit information about other people without their permission.

Gift orders and pickup

Gift orders placed through this site are reserved through our online form and confirmed by us by text or phone. A few things to know:

• Orders must be placed by 10:00 AM for same-day pickup. We'll confirm by text within the hour during business hours.
• Payment is collected in person at pickup. We accept cards and contactless payment — we are a cashless café.
• Pickup is at our location: 5415 S Tacoma Way, Tacoma, WA 98409, inside Edison Square.
• Drinks are kept refrigerated until pickup and should remain refrigerated after.
• If you can't make it, please let us know as soon as possible — life happens, and we'll work with you.

Pricing and availability

Prices listed on our site are current as of the last update and may change without notice. We do our best to keep everything stocked, but if a package can't be fulfilled exactly as ordered, we'll reach out with options before completing the order.

Communications from us

When you submit a form on our site, you agree we may contact you by email, phone, or text at the contact information you provided — regarding your specific submission or order. We won't share or sell your contact information for marketing purposes. You can opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message we send you.

Hours and events

Our regular hours are Monday through Saturday, 7:00 AM to 2:00 PM, closed Sundays. Hours may flex for private events or special circumstances. For the most current hours, check our Instagram @anaiscoffee or give us a call.

The name "Anaïs Coffee," our logo, and the text and imagery on this site belong to KJ Coffee House Inc. You're welcome to share links to our site or photos of products you've purchased; please don't copy our content for commercial purposes without permission.

This site and our products are provided as-is. We do our best to describe everything accurately, but we don't guarantee that the site will always be available or error-free.
